It’s better late than never, right? As I take in the my rooftop view from my new Chicago condo, I think about all the space Atlanta afforded us. One thing is for sure, the space definitely made me more organized as I had closets for everything (donations, gifts, hostess items, linens, games, etc…). As we learn our way around a new city (read: eat our way), I’m reflecting on my first home as a I draw inspiration for my new condo. One day I’ll do before and afters of this home we closed on the day we arrived back in town from a 10 day honeymoon (something I’m still debating if I recommend). After moving out a few days after our five year closing anniversary, I can say every single room was transformed. Three bathroom renovations, 2800 square feet of new floors, a new kitchen, twenty plus new lights, and so many more things and the hubs and I still love each other. That’s a win, right?
These photos are our listing photos, so the amount of monograms and family photos have been significantly decreased. Please no Southern judgement. Enjoy!
