Our Table: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip recently became my favorite thing to bring along to parties, potlucks, etc.  I first made this dip for our very first supper club night.  I asked a co-worker for a quick and easy dish to bring, and she suggested this.  I was not a big buffalo chicken fan, but this recipe changed my mind.  Once you try it, I promise that you will be hooked, too!

What you will need:
8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup of Frank’s Redhot sauce
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
2 cups of shredded chicken

Mix all of the ingredients together.
I like to use a hand mixer to make sure it all mixes together.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top as desired.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

I like to serve this dip with Baked Tostitos Scoops.  Enjoy!
