Our Table: Quick Monkey Bread

This quick Monkey Bread recipe is an easy weekend breakfast for indulgent occasions.



1 tube biscuits ( I used Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuits 16.3oz)
1/2 stick of butter & enough to grease the bundt pan
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Karo Syrup
Bundt Pan (I used this)


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees

Grease the pan. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.


Cut the grands biscuits into quarters. Toss the quarter pieces in the cinnamon & sugar mixture


Layer biscuit pieces in the bundt pan


On the stove top in a sauce pan melt the butter, and stir in the left over sugar cinnamon mixture and Karo. Bring to a boil for 1 minute take off heat and pour over the dough in the bunt pan.


Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Once done, flip pan onto a serving platter while hot.
