Our Table – Breakfast Burritos

These easy breakfast burritos make for a quick weekday breakfast on the go. They freeze well and can be individually reheated in the microwave in about 2 minutes. You can vary the ingredients but this particular recipe is one of my favorites. Other tasty ingredients to try are chicken sausage, spinach or black beans.

{ingredients}
Makes approximately 10 burritos

Whole wheat tortillas (10)
1 package of Shredded cheese
Ground Breakfast Sausage
1 bag Frozen Fajita Pepper Mix
1 dozen eggs

Brown the sausage in a pan and then drain.

Brown the peppers.

Scramble the eggs and cook.

Combine sausage, peppers and cooked eggs.

Divide mixture evenly on tortillas and top with shredded cheese.

Enjoy immediately or wrap individually in Saran Wrap and place in plastic bag to freeze.
