Our Table: October Supper Club

IMG_1578Our October Supper Club was on the smaller side with so many Fall activities going on, but it made for a great opportunity to set the table with some extra girly items.

IMG_1581With all of the pumpkin themed parties and fall leaves, I wanted to do something a little different for the centerpiece. Stargazer lilies, white hydrangeas, and white spray roses were perfect for the place settings I had in mind.

IMG_1579I have been waiting since May to use these paper placemats by Kitchen Papers! They are not really Ryan’s style so I had to wait to have the ladies over to pull them out. Caspari napkins and place cards complimented then nicely.

IMG_1574For the cocktails I wanted something that was a pretty fall color and could be mixed with or without alcohol. This punch was perfect and very easy.

3 cups cranberry juice

3 cups pineapple juice

1 cup frozen blueberries

This mixture is mixed with ginger ale or champagne 50/50.

IMG_1582Caprese Skewers were a simple and yummy appetizer. They are pretty self-explanatory, but here is the recipe.

IMG_1583Aubrey brought this beautiful Harvest Cobb Salad and Poppy Seed Dressing. We grilled chicken to put on top of the salad.

Harvest Cobb Salad Ingredients

4 slices bacon, diced

2 large eggs

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1 apple, diced

1 pear, diced

1/2 cup pecan halves

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese

IMG_1584Emily brought a delicious sampling of cookies from The Cookie Studio (including gluten free) for dessert. They were all gone before I remembered to take a picture, so the box will have to do.

What are some of your favorite girly dinner party favorites?
